 Reservation Information

All reservations must be secured at the time of booking by a major credit card. All rates are per night and include accommodations for the maximum occupancy for your room type. Tax and Gratuities are not included. You must be 21 years of age to check-in at the Fernwood Hotel or Villas. No pets allowed. Smoking not permitted in guest rooms and all public areas. For any changes, cancellations or difficulty booking online, please call 1.888.337.6966.

 Deposit/Cancellation Policy

A deposit of your first nights room charge is required at time of booking.


Cancellation request must be received at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to your arrival date for deposit to be refunded, less a $50.00 cancellation fee for Villa reservations or less a $25.00 cancellation fee for a Hotel reservation. There are no refunds for no shows or early checkouts. There is a $25.00 reservation change fee.
